Does the transcription happen online or offline?
Everything happens strictly offline on your own device. The speech-to-text models and the summarization AI run natively on your laptop’s hardware. There is zero cloud dependency.
How do you enforce security for a whole team?
IT administrators can use standard MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools to push a configuration profile to the application. This hardcodes the “Local Only” mode, ensuring employees cannot accidentally send data to the cloud.
Do I need to invite a bot to my Zoom/Teams meetings?
No. Our software captures the system audio (what you hear) and microphone audio (what you say) directly on the device. It is completely invisible to the meeting platform and requires no integrations or awkward bot participants.
