- After the interview week, we map out the opportunities AI can offer for each department.

- We identify time-consuming tasks that can be automated.
- We check which existing systems can be integrated with AI tools.
- We explore new activities or opportunities for the organization that can be created using AI.
Risk Assessment
- Our experts evaluate the possible threats and risks of using AI
- We do a risk assessment using our AI Readiness model to make sure AI is used in a safe and risk-free way
- We do a data quantity & quality assessment to make sure AI implementations are safe and reliable
Consultation
- We deliver and present a practical report that is tailored to the target audience and immediately applicable.
- We include insights and the use cases of AI within each department (average 50+ use cases will be provided)
- During the presentation to all stakeholders, there will be time for questions and discussion.
