How is the Security and Shadow AI Assessment different from a standard IT audit?

Standard audits focus on assets you own. Shadow AI assessments focus on external services your data flows into. We evaluate the behavior of the AI models, not just the connection.

What data do you actually see during the scan?

We see the metadata: where the traffic is going, the volume, and the frequency. We don’t read the individual prompts unless you explicitly enable deep packet inspection for high-risk users.

Can you detect AI in browser extensions?

Yes. Our proprietary detection engine identifies the unique API signatures used by browser-based AI sidebars and writing assistants that often evade DNS filtering.

Is this a one-time project?
