Building AI Readiness at Get Fit Girl
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a hot topic, especially with its potential to transform industries. Get Fit Girl recognized the importance of staying ahead in an increasingly digital and data-informed world. Coincidentally the neighbour of one of the owners of Get Fit Girl recently attended one of our Workshops. One conversation later they were inspired to look for a better understanding of AI by also engaging in a Workshop. The goal was to enhance the internal understanding of artificial intelligence, not through technical deep-dives, but by building a shared foundation that could inform smarter, more efficient decision-making across the organization.
To support this goal, DataNorth facilitated an AI workshop in our office for a team of 16 employees, tailored to both the company’s culture and its ambitions.

Making AI Understandable and Actionable
The workshop introduced Get Fit Girl’s team to the core principles of AI, putting the focus on how these technologies are shaping industries, including health, wellness, and digital platforms. Rather than focusing solely on technical capabilities, the session explored the practical relevance of AI in everyday operations, such as content creation, customer interaction, and internal process optimization.
A key component of the workshop was hands-on experience with ChatGPT. Employees were guided through real-world use cases that aligned with their day-to-day roles, from writing FAQs to brainstorming new content ideas or analyzing feedback. This interactive approach allowed participants to directly engage with the tools, understand their potential, and identify where AI could support their work.

A Shared Language for Innovation
The primary goal of the session was to create a common baseline of AI literacy across departments, from coaching to marketing to operations. By demystifying key concepts and giving participants space to explore their own questions and ideas, the workshop served as a catalyst for further internal discussions around innovation and AI.
